The Odd Satellite Table Series
This Series of Low and Side Tables represents a beautiful harmony between sculpture and functional Design. Its simplistic and elegant form showcases the natural materials selected by hand and creates an opportunity to play with combinations of colour and tone. The colours used, in combination with the various timber species selected, have a huge impact on the emotion of the piece and creates endless possibilities, also for the space surrounding it.
The slightly concave top creates a very subtle depth of field giving the relatively simple round shape a very sophisticated feel. As with many of our designs, simplicity is created through the complexity of workmanship. The whole table is shaped with painstaking care and refined to a hands touch. Every piece is unique in that it is shaped by hand and bears the fingerprint of its maker.
